Abstract

In the last decades an increasing interest demonstrates for the binomial exclusion - incorporation. Special worry provokes the impact of the globalization in the groups and communities, not only in relation to the effects of the capitalism but also of other paradigms that legitimize and naturalize the exclusion. In this context the models of integration and assimilation, promoted in different areas, from the 70’s and still present in Latin America, raise strong criticism, since instead of promoting the incorporation and the change of paradigms, they have stimulated what has been called “inclusion integration”.
