Abstract

In the context of the pandemic, education went from in-person to remote and then back to in-person. The objective of this work is an approach to the expectations and experiences of young university students, regarding remote education and the return to face-to-face, in recent years. To achieve this, there are surveys, narratives and interviews that quantitatively and qualitatively show the panorama of opinion and assessment of the topic. The results point to preferences over the face-to-face modality, however, it seems important to take into account the attitudes developed from cognition to behavioral, including emotional, in order to have a concrete assessment of the topic according to the student views and voices.
